We are looking for a part-time Housekeeper for Apartment building(s) in Marshall, MN.

Here is a summary of this job.

We are looking to hire a housekeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for cleaning apartment buildings inside and outside as needed.  Highly motivated with the ability to work independently, an eye for cleanliness and attention to detail.
Duties:

• Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance, and that everything is in working condition: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, windows, doors, etc.
• Complete cleaning requests or tasks in a timely manner.
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and outside of buildings and grounds are well maintained.
• As needed:  Thoroughly clean empty apartments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Customer-oriented and friendly
• Bring a positive attitude to work daily!
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, walking, bending, stooping, reaching frequently, exposure to cleaning chemicals, work indoor/outdoor, safely climb ladder, etc.
• Provide own transportation

Carr Properties in Marshall, MN, and is looking for an organized, dependable, and hardworking full time maintenance employee.

• Hours are Monday-Friday with occasional weekends.
• Maintenance works on various apartment buildings, duties included but not limited to appliance replacement and repair, sheet rocking, painting, miscellaneous plumbing, and electrical work.
• Customer service, resident relations, snow removal and lawn care as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with good record is a must; ability to be able to lift heavy items is required, inside and outside work, all types of weather.
